II. Delivery Arrangement

Order Delivery Process

  • Processing Time: We aim to process and dispatch your order within 1-3 business days of receiving it.
  • Packing Completion Notification: Once packaging is completed, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.

Track Your Order

  • You can use the tracking number to check the order status on SAGE TEA or SF Express's website.

Packing Completion Notification

  • Once your order has been packaged, you will receive an email with a tracking number. 📦

Specify the Arrival Date

  • If you specify a delivery date, we will hand over the package to the delivery company or SF Express at least 2 days in advance to arrange delivery on the same day. If you receive a tracking email, it indicates your delivery is normal.

Query and Modify

  • If you need to inquire or modify the delivery arrangements, please contact the customer service of the relevant logistics company.

Delivery Method

1. Basic Delivery

  • Official Delivery

    • For orders less than HK$300, the following delivery fees apply:
      • Delivery fee to Kowloon and New Territories: HK$75
      • Delivery fee to Hong Kong Island: HK$105

  • SF Express Pay on Delivery

    • If the customer chooses SF Express to pay on delivery, the order shipping fee will be displayed as $0, and the actual shipping fee shall be borne by the customer.
    • Customers are required to pay the corresponding shipping fee to SF Express upon receipt of the goods. The fee will be calculated based on the package weight and delivery address.

Terms and Conditions - Updates to SF Express Notification Methods

  • Notification Method: From April 14, 2025, all express delivery notifications of SF Hong Kong will be pushed via the SFHK App instead of SMS.
  • Customer Reminder: We will update the waybill number via email through the bysage.co website, but you need to use the SFHK App or contact SF Express customer service to track the actual status of the express delivery.
  • Important Reminder: Please download the SFHK App in advance and enable the push notification function to avoid missing important express delivery reminders. We appreciate your understanding that we are not responsible for any delays caused by this.

2. Standard Delivery

  • Free delivery for orders over HK$300 (applicable from Monday to Saturday).
  • The delivery method will be arranged according to the actual volume of the order and will be delivered by the logistics company without any specified time:
    • Delivery Time: 11am to 7pm.
    • When using SF Express, the delivery time is also from 11am to 7pm.

3. Premium Shipping

  • For single orders of HK$1800 or above, you can enjoy one free delivery service on a designated date and within 2 hours (between 11am and 6pm).
  • If you need to receive the goods before 11am, please check in advance for a quotation.

📌 Premium Delivery Service Details:

  • Service Scope: Not applicable in Hong Kong, some remote areas, and outlying islands (such as Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, and Lamma Island).
  • Booking Requirements: Please place your order 3 days in advance and choose the Premium shipping service.
  • Exact Time Schedule: Accurate to 2-hour time periods, ideal for situations where you need to receive your order at a specific time, such as a company event or party.
  • Charging Rules: For orders less than HK$1800, Premium delivery service starts at HK$350, and the final fee depends on the delivery address.

4. Fresh Cold Brew Tea Delivery Details

  • Temperature-Controlled Transportation: Ensures that cold brew tea is delivered fresh and of consistent quality.
  • For single orders over HK$300, delivery will be based on the following fixed schedule:
    • Monday/Wednesday/Friday: Hong Kong Island, New Territories, Tung Chung, Airport.
    • Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday: Kowloon, Kwai Tsing, Tsuen Wan.
  • If it is not a delivery date, the order will be postponed to the next delivery date.
  • Timed Delivery (Additional Charge): Available every day, providing flexible options.

Terms and Conditions for All Delivery Methods

  • Our company only accepts delivery services within Hong Kong.
  • No delivery is available on Sundays and public holidays.
  • If the delivery address is a special address such as a hotel or barbecue site, the delivery must be made in the lobby.
  • Inclement Weather Arrangement: When the Hong Kong Observatory issues a weather signal, all delivery services will be affected. Delivery services may be suspended.
  • Force Majeure: The Company will not be held liable for force majeure (such as natural disasters, fire, etc.).
