1. General Terms and Conditions

1.1 By using this website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1.2 Please regularly check this website's "Terms of Service," "Order Confirmation Terms," and other relevant terms. Before using the services provided by this website, you must accept and acknowledge this "Disclaimer"; otherwise, please stop registering as a site member and discontinue using this website's services.

2. Delivery Arrangements

Order Processing Flow

The goal of SAGE TEA is to process and ship your order within 1-3 business days upon receipt. Actual delivery times may vary depending on order volume and delivery address.

Packaging Completion Notification

Once your order has been packaged, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. 📦

Designated Delivery Date

If you have specified a delivery date, we will hand over the package to the delivery company or SF Express at least 2 days in advance for arrangement.

Order Tracking

You can use the tracking number to track your order on the SAGE TEA website or the SF Express website.

Inquiries and Modifications

For inquiries or modifications regarding delivery arrangements, please contact the relevant logistics company's customer service.

Delivery Methods

  1. Basic Delivery:

    • Kowloon and New Territories shipping fee: HK$75
    • Hong Kong Island shipping fee: HK$105
    • Orders that do not meet the free shipping requirements will incur shipping fees.
  2. Standard Delivery:

    • Free shipping for orders over HK$380 in Kowloon and New Territories.
    • Free shipping for orders over HK$400 on Hong Kong Island.
    • Free shipping service is applicable only from Monday to Saturday.
  3. Premium Delivery:

    • Free designated date and one-hour time slot delivery service for single orders over HK$1800.
  4. SF Express Cash on Delivery:

    • If customers choose the SF Express cash on delivery option, the order will show a shipping fee of $0, but the actual shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

Applicable Terms for All Delivery Methods

  • Our company only accepts delivery within Hong Kong (excluding outlying islands and some remote areas; see "Definition of Remote Areas" for details).
  • All deliveries are not available on Sundays and public holidays.
  • If the delivery address is a hotel, barbecue site, or other special address, delivery must be collected from the lobby.
  • Bad Weather Arrangements: All delivery services will be affected when the Hong Kong Observatory issues weather signals. Delivery services may be suspended.
  • Force Majeure: The company will not be liable for events beyond its control (such as natural disasters, fires, etc.).

3. Products

  • Non-custom items will be delivered within 1-3 days; the chosen delivery date is for reference only.
  • Custom items: No refunds after confirmation. For custom products, we will provide one free mock-up and modification; each additional modification will incur a charge of HK$100. CMYK printing may have color discrepancies, which is normal. If you provide original artwork, please ensure it is in high-resolution format, such as AI or PDF, and that fonts are outlined.

4. Shipping

  • Official Delivery: Free shipping for orders over HK$380 in Kowloon and New Territories / HK$400 on Hong Kong Island.
  • Deliveries from Monday to Saturday, 11 AM - 6 PM (during office hours) (no specified time), the driver will contact you. It is advisable to note whether the management can receive it on your behalf. If the customer cannot be contacted, delivery will be postponed to the next day, and the company will not be responsible for any related delays.
  • If you require a specified delivery time, please purchase the premium delivery service. To avoid additional shipping costs, please ensure delivery is scheduled at least one day in advance.
  • SF Express: Note that SF Express does not offer specified delivery dates; we will only ship out two days before your chosen delivery date. The website will update the tracking number, and you will be notified via email. Please choose at least two working days in advance.
  • Premium Delivery: Specified delivery times (down to 2 hours), starting from HK$350, must be booked three days in advance. Excludes Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Tung Chung, and outlying islands. For delivery to non-residential addresses or buildings without elevators, you may need to collect the order from downstairs. For details: Sage Premium Delivery
  • Self-Pickup: Yuen Long Ping Shan Tang Ren Village Industrial Area, Monday to Friday, 12 PM to 6 PM.
  • Official delivery and premium delivery do not have tracking numbers; the driver will contact you before delivery.

5. Other Important Notes

  • All delivery methods are subject to the following terms:

    • Our company only accepts delivery services within Hong Kong (excluding outlying islands and some remote areas; see "Definition of Remote Areas" for details).
    • Deliveries are not available on Sundays and public holidays.
    • If the delivery address is a hotel, barbecue site, or other non-standard address, or if the delivery building does not have an elevator, you will need to collect it from the lobby or arrange to meet the delivery driver at a nearby location.
    • If the customer fails to receive the goods and agrees or requests the delivery person to leave the items outside the door or in the lobby, please retrieve them promptly. The company will not be responsible for any temperature-related issues arising from this.
    • All chosen delivery time slots are for reference only; actual delivery times on the day may be affected by road conditions, traffic, weather, and other unforeseen factors. The company will do its best to coordinate with the transport company, but customers cannot make unreasonable demands for refusal of receipt, re-delivery, or refunds due to delays in delivery times.
    • If delivery fails due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, the customer not being at the delivery address, or other customer-related factors, all costs (including original shipping fees and re-delivery fees) must be borne by the customer.
  • Bad Weather Arrangements:

    • All delivery services will be affected when the Hong Kong Observatory issues weather signals or when the government declares "extreme conditions" due to weather. Delivery services may be suspended.
  • Force Majeure:

    • The company will not be liable for force majeure events (such as natural disasters, fires, accidents, riots, wars, government policies, etc.).
  • Important Notes:

    • Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is correct to facilitate smooth delivery of your order by SAGE TEA. If you do not receive your order within the expected delivery time, please promptly contact the SAGE TEA customer service team for inquiries.
  • Warm Reminder:
