Order
4.1 No cancellation or changes will be accepted after all orders are confirmed.
4.2 All customers must collect all goods at one time. The company does not provide batch or segment withdrawal services.
4.3 All orders involving the use of our company's delivery service will not be subject to cancellation once confirmed and made.
4.4 Please confirm that the uploaded file content, text, color and size are correct before printing. Please note that there are color differences in the display colors of different computer monitors.
4.5 Our company only assists in production and printing. If printed content or images involve intellectual property rights, copyrights, or illegal activities, you assume all legal liability.
4.6 The Company cannot check all files individually. Please be sure to double-check that the file meets printing requirements. If there are any defective products or color differences, you are solely responsible for them.
4.7 The prices indicated on this website are for combined printing, special edition printing requires separate quotation.
4.8 After printing is confirmed, the file cannot be modified, so please be sure to check it carefully.
4.9 Confirming printing via email or WhatsApp is equivalent to confirming the file content and authorizing our company to print.
4.10 All order confirmations, verifications and any changes will be sent to the Customer's registered email address. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the email address on file is accurate and up to date. The content of the email confirmation shall prevail.
5.1 All printed materials are subject to the company's color management standards. Do not rely on screens or printed paper.
5.2 Please use "CMYK" color mode. CMYK color spectrum values are printing color standards. Please do not base your printing color requirements on screen or print color requirements.
5.3 The color difference of the same model at the same time is within 10%, and the color difference at different times is within 10-15%, which is normal. For example: If it is RGB, PANTONE or other color spectrum modes, our store is not responsible for color differences or color deviations in printing quality.
5.4 All manuscripts you submit will be printed in four colors (CMYK). If the manuscript is in spot color or RGB color, the manuscript will be automatically converted to four-color (CMYK) without further notice. Any color differences caused will be based on the colors printed by our company. Our company is not responsible for any color difference disputes.
5.5 File formats are preferably vector formats such as AI, CDR, EPS and PDF. If it is a bitmap format, such as PSD, JPG, TIF, PNG, etc., the printed images and text will not be clear.
5.6 If the files submitted by the customer are different from the customer's production requirements, resulting in the final product being inconsistent with the customer's requirements, the company is not responsible. This may include inconsistent dimensions within the file, insufficient bleed, color, crop size, insufficient image resolution, missing fonts or content boundaries, etc.
5.7 If a QR code or barcode is printed on the manuscript, our company cannot guarantee that the data in the barcode can be read normally.
5.8 The company will only retain the files submitted by the customer when placing the order for a maximum of 3 months.
5.9 Each pattern printing takes 14 working days.
5.9.1 For orders of less than 100 copies of customized prints, we will provide a free rendering design and complete the production within 1-2 working days. If additional renderings are required, HKD 100 will be charged each time.
5.9.2 For orders of more than 500 copies of customized prints, we will provide two renderings free of charge and complete the production within 1-2 working days. If additional renderings are required, HKD 100 will be charged each time.
5.9.3 All order confirmations, verifications and any changes will be sent to the Customer’s registered email address. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the email address on file is accurate and up to date. The content of the email confirmation shall prevail.
5.10 The customer is responsible for all typographical errors in printed matter. All typesetting and printing details (including but not limited to size, layout, printing method, materials, etc.) are subject to the customer's email confirmation. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the content of the email is accurate.
5.11 There may be a 1-2mm deviation in card cutting, which is normal.
5.12 Colors may differ by 10%-15% from computer monitors. This is inevitable during the printing process and is a normal phenomenon.
Payment
6.1 When you place an order, you agree to purchase such goods at the price stated on the website. If your order is wrong due to system problems, please contact us immediately and we will correct it for you immediately.
6.2 We will confirm receipt of your order via email. This confirmation email will provide:

6.3 If the price of a product when we intend to accept your order is higher than the price at the time you place your order, we will cancel your order or contact you to ask if you are interested in paying the higher price.
6.4 If an order canceled by us has been paid for, we will refund you. You agree and accept that we are not required to make any compensation for your dissatisfaction.
6.5 When you place an order, you authorize us to charge you the amount on the order. Prints will not be produced until payment is received.
6.6 Online transactions are controlled by third-party payment services. When you place an order, you agree and accept that credit card information will be collected, processed and retained by us and our payment service providers in accordance with its terms and conditions. You agree and accept that you are solely responsible for any losses incurred or incurred when conducting credit card transactions, and we will not be responsible for any related losses under any circumstances.
7. Delivery
7.1 Except for the first and second days of the Lunar New Year and when tropical cyclone warning signal No. 8 or above is hoisted or a black rainstorm warning is in effect, we only deliver to specific areas in Hong Kong from Monday to Sunday. We currently do not deliver to remote areas and outlying islands, or to buildings without elevators. We reserve the right to refuse delivery at our sole discretion. You agree and accept that you will collect the ordered goods from our logistics center and we will not accept cancellation of the order or refund to you under any circumstances.
7.2 The goods ordered will be delivered to the address you provide through our staff or third party suppliers. When confirming receipt, you agree to produce photo identification upon request for verification.
7.3 The goods are deemed to have been delivered to and received by you when they are delivered to the address provided by you. If for any reason you are unable to take delivery of the goods at the agreed time, you agree and accept that we have the option to charge additional charges or cancel the order.
7.4 Subject to our prior online arrangements, you may choose any optional delivery slot when placing your order.
7.5 As prints are shipped direct from the factory, we may deliver the goods in one go or in multiple installments. Any time and date given for an item to be dispatched, or required delivery time, is an estimate. If we are unable to meet the estimated dispatch or delivery date or time, we will notify you separately. You agree and accept that we have the right not to cancel your order or refund you under any circumstances.
7.6 Each delivery charge will be calculated based on the weight of each item and all items are subject to delivery charges.
8. Returns and exchanges
8.1 The printed materials on this website are combined printings. Unless it is special edition printing, our company will not return, refund or reprint due to color difference. Special edition printing will be noted on the quotation and will require additional printing charges. Unless otherwise stated, all are combined printings.
8.2 The thickness, texture, and color of the printing paper used on this website will be slightly different due to the processing of each batch of paper. This is a normal phenomenon. The company will not return, refund or reprint due to this problem.
8.3 You understand that there will be a color difference of plus or minus 10-15% in combined printing. If the color of the print does not exceed the above standards, you may not request a return or reprint. It is normal for some prints to have color differences. Due to insufficient printing quantity, it is normal for the density to vary for the first 100 sheets. If you mind color difference, please request special printing.
8.4 The printing color density is limited, and the total value of all printing files (CMYK) must not exceed 200%, otherwise back printing will occur. Our company is not responsible for reprinting or compensation. If the file will not be modified, this website recommends choosing paper with glue to avoid back printing.
8.5 You understand and appreciate that all printed materials are subject to loss. If the printing loss is between 5-10%, this cannot be used as a reason for deduction or return.
8.6 If the printing size is smaller than A4 size or the quantity is less than 500 sheets, the production loss for each processing will be doubled. Insufficient quantity due to reasonable wear and tear shall not be used as a reason for deduction or return.
8.7 You understand and appreciate that there is an error of 1-3mm in all processing. Please take the processing error into consideration when designing. Otherwise, it cannot be returned or reprinted as a defective product or compensated.
8.8 If the goods you order are faulty, defective or damaged (not due to your fault), or the goods are not what you ordered, or the quantity delivered is incorrect (printed materials will have an error of +/- 5%), You may return or exchange an item within seven (7) days, subject to the return and exchange policy:
8.8.1 The Goods are unused and in the same condition as when sold, together with all parts and accessories accompanying the Goods, including labels, markings, consumables, bags and boxes;
8.8.2 The packaging of the goods must be restored to the condition in which it was delivered to you; and
8.8.3 Return or exchange requests are sent to our customer service representatives via online chat/system or email, and the goods are delivered to us within the specified period.
8.9 The images on this website are for reference only and the color of the product may vary slightly. Everything is subject to the actual product.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
9.1 We will not be responsible for or make any compensation for any losses (including but not limited to computer viruses, system failures and data loss) caused by anyone's use or utilization of this website.
