4.7 The prices indicated on this website are for combined printing, special edition printing requires additional quotation.
4.8 After the printing is confirmed, the file cannot be modified, so please be sure to check it carefully.
4.9 Confirming printing via email or WhatsApp is equivalent to confirming the file content and authorizing our company to print.
4.10 All order confirmations, verifications and any changes will be made to the customer's registered email address. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the email address on file is accurate and up to date. The content confirmed by email shall prevail.
5. Printing
5.1 All printed materials are subject to our company's color management standards. Please do not rely on screen or printed paper manuscripts.
5.2 Please use the "CMYK" color mode. CMYK chromatographic values are the printing color standard. Do not request printing colors based on the color of the monitor or printed manuscript.
5.3 The color difference of the same model and the same time is within 10%, and the color difference of different times is within 10-15%. It is normal. For example, if it is RGB, PANTONE or other chromatographic modes, our store will not be responsible for the color difference or color deviation of the printing quality.
5.4 All manuscripts submitted by you are printed in four-color (CMYK). If the manuscript is in spot color or RGB color, the manuscript will be automatically converted to four-color (CMYK) without prior notice. Any color differences caused will be based on the colors printed by our company. as a benchmark. Our company will not be responsible for any disputes over color differences.
5.5 The document format is preferably vector format, such as AI, CDR, EPS, and PDF. If it is a bitmap format, such as: PSD, JPG, TIF, PNG... etc., the printed images and text will be unclear.
5.6 If the file submitted by the customer is different from the customer's production requirements, resulting in a discrepancy between the final product and the customer's requirements, the company will not be responsible. This may include size inconsistencies within the file, insufficient bleed, color, crop size, insufficient image resolution, missing fonts or content borders, etc.
5.7 If a QR code or Barcode is printed on the manuscript, our company cannot guarantee that the data in the barcode can be read normally.
5.8 The company will only keep files submitted by customers when placing orders for a maximum of 3 months.
5.9 Each pattern printing takes 14 working days.
5.9.1 For customized prints ordered with less than 100 copies, we will provide a free rendering design and complete the production within 1-2 working days. If additional renderings are required, $100 will be charged each time.
5.9.2 For customized prints of more than 500 copies, we will provide 2 renderings for free and complete the production within 1-2 working days. If additional renderings are required, $100 will be charged each time.
5.9.3 All order confirmations, verifications and any changes will be made to the customer’s registered email address. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the email address on file is accurate and up to date. The content confirmed by email shall prevail.
5.10 The customer is responsible for all typographical errors in printed matter. All layout and printing details (including but not limited to size, layout, printing method, materials, etc.) are subject to customer's email confirmation. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the email content is accurate.
5.11 There may be a 1-2mm deviation in card cutting, which is normal.
5.12 The color may differ by 10%-15% from the computer display. This is inevitable during the printing process and is normal.
6. Payment
6.1 When you place an order, you agree to purchase such goods at the prices stated on the website. If there is an order error due to system problems, please contact us immediately and we will correct it for you immediately.
6.2 We will confirm by email that we have received your order. This confirmation email will provide:

7. Delivery
7.1 Except for the first two days of the Lunar New Year and when Typhoon Warning Signal No. 8 or above or the Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect, we only deliver to specific areas in Hong Kong from Monday to Sunday. 7.5 We may deliver the goods in one time or in multiple installments as the printed materials are delivered directly from the factory. Any times and dates given for despatch of items, or the time required for delivery, are estimates. If we are unable to meet the estimated dispatch or delivery date or time, we will notify you separately. You agree and accept that we have the right not to cancel your order or refund you under any circumstances.
7.6 Each delivery charge will be calculated based on the weight of each item, and all items must be subject to a delivery charge.
8. Return or exchange
8.1 The printed matter on this website is combined printing. Unless it is a special edition printing, the company will not return, refund or reprint due to color difference. Special edition printing will be indicated on the quotation, and additional printing costs will be required. Unless otherwise specified, it will be combined edition printing.
8.2 The paper thickness, texture, and paper color of the printing paper used on this website will be slightly different due to the paper processing of each batch. This is a normal phenomenon. The company will return, refund, or reprint due to this problem.
8.3 You understand that there will be a color difference of plus or minus 10-15% in combined printing. If the color of the printed product does not exceed the above standards, you may not request for return or reprinting. It is normal for some prints to have color differences. Due to insufficient printing quantity, it is normal for the density of the first 100 sheets to be different. If you mind the color difference, please request special printing.
8.4 The printing color density is limited, and the total value of all printing files (CMYK) must not exceed 200%, otherwise back printing will occur. Our company is not responsible for reprinting or compensation. If the file is not modified, this website recommends choosing paper with glue to avoid back printing.
8.5 You understand and understand that all printed matter will suffer loss. If the printing loss is between 5-10%, it shall not be used as a reason for deduction or return.
8.6 If the printing size is smaller than A4 size or the quantity is less than 500 sheets, the loss will be doubled for each processing and production. Insufficient quantity due to reasonable loss shall not be used as a reason for deduction or return.
8.7 You understand and understand that it is normal for all processing to have an error of 1-3mm. Please take processing errors into consideration when designing, otherwise you will not be able to return or reprint or compensate for defective products.
8.8 If the goods you ordered are faulty, defective or damaged (through no fault of yours), or the goods are not what you ordered, or the quantity delivered is incorrect (the printed matter will have an error of +/- 5%), you can Return or exchange within seven (7) days of date, subject to return or exchange policy:
